First of all, let's get one thing straight... Although we should eat various foods according to their nutritional values to increase our nutritional deficiencies...MY FOOD MUST STILL TASTE GOOD TOO!  I'm BIG on taste, texture, after-taste...all of that.  I'm one of those people who desires to eat healthy regularly, but I also need it to taste good in order to digest!  BALANCE IS THE KEY! 

  I thought I had been "EATIN' GOOD" all my upcoming years because the meals were satisfying to my then perverted taste-buds!  I later found that most of the ingredients I had been using all of my life, were now considered as the "bottom of the barrel" in quality and contained tremendous amounts of harmful toxins and chemicals that cause ailments which plaque the majority of us today.  I also found that real, organic natural foods did not only taste better, but also had the total opposite side-effects that the artificial and acidic foods I once consumed contained.  The cleaner I ate, the better I looked and felt.  It took me about a year to totally switch my entire diet to clean organic natural foods, but ever since then, my life turned indescribably better!    I took an additional 2 years to study nutrition in America as of the late 1990's and since the incorporation of GMO Foods, our food pyramid structure has drastically been altered.

For the past 8 years, I've developed personalized nutrition and meal plans for hundreds of people, whether the goal was Weight Loss, Weight Gain or Strength Gaining.  I also comprise very effective meal plans for those dealing with ailments such as Diabetes, High Blood Pressure, Arthritis, Asthma, Crohn's Disease, Muscular Sclerosis, Migraines, Heart Conditions, Osteoporosis and many more.  If you suffer from any of the previously mentioned conditions, you should be eating specific foods that contain the nutrients your body needs to regulate your body to normalcy.  You also need to have the proper amount of these foods along with a specified duration of time to allow the body to absorb the fresh nutrients until sustainability is achieved.

A "Full Meal Prep Day" includes 3 Meals.  You can choose any combination of three meal options from the Weekly menu provided here.  Standard Meal Prep Day is, ONE meal selected from Breakfast Menu, ONE from Lunch Menu, ONE from Dinner Menu, plus ONE Snack from the Snack Menu.  You DO have the choice to choose all THREE meals for each DAY to be all from the Breakfast Menu. EXAMPLE:  Instead of having (Blueberry Pancakes, Vegan Tacos and Chicken Salad... You could choose ALL Blueberry Pancakes, or ALL Vegan Tacos). 

All meals are prepared in a safe-serve kitchen with adequate provisions to remain highly sanitized frequently.
